TERMS OF USE

Occupancy: 10 people maximum. Only people on the reservation can stay at the house.

We love animals, but like us, some of our travelers may be allergic. Animals are prohibited.

No smoking in the house (cigarettes, cannabis or other)

It is forbidden to go onto the neighbours property, in particular, the large meadow at the back of the house and the former motel.

No parties

Cancellation conditions.

- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if arrival date is at least
14 days away.

- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date.
